Paid Time Off
- Annual Leave - Full Time employees accrue annual
leave beginning at the rate of 3.5 hours per pay period, when 70 hours are
accounted for in a pay period, up to a maximum of 160 hours at any one
time. At the beginning of the third year of regular employment, the
accrual rate changes to reflect 7 additional hours per year, in each of
years 3 through 9.
Part Time employees accrue annual leave beginning at the rate of 1.75
hours per pay period if their normal work schedule is 35 hours or more per
pay period, and when at least 35 hours are accounted for in a pay period,
up to a maximum of 80 hours at any one time. At the beginning of the third
year of regular employment, the accrual rate changes to reflect 3.5
additional hours per year, in each of years 3 through 9.
Upon termination from employment, all employees are paid for accrued
annual leave.

Sick Leave - Full Time
employees accrue sick leave at the rate of 4.75 hours per pay period when
70 hours are accounted for in a pay period, up to a maximum of 480 hours
at any one time.
Part Time employees accrue sick leave at a rate of 2.38 hours per pay
period if
their normal work schedule is 35 hours or more per pay period, and when at
least 35 hours are accounted for in a pay period, up to a maximum of 240
hours at any one time.

Holidays - All Full Time
employees observe the following paid holidays as set by the Board of
Directors:
1. New Year's Day
2. Martin Luther King Day
3. Presidents' Day
4. Memorial Day
5. Independence Day
6. Labor Day
7. Columbus Day
8. Veterans' Day
9. Thanksgiving Day
10. Christmas Day
11. Staff Elected Day (determined annually by employee majority vote and
Board approval)
The number of hours paid per holiday is based on the employee’s normal
work schedule for that day. If the observed holiday falls on the Full Time
employee’s regular day off, the employee takes the day before or day after
within that pay week for the agency observed holiday. Part Time
employees observe these paid holidays if they are regularly scheduled to
work on these days. The number of hours paid per holiday is based on the

Personal Leave -
21 hours of personal leave are granted on January 1st of each year to all
Full Time employees. 10.5 hours of personal leave are granted on
January 1st of each year to all Part Time employees whose normal work
schedule is 35 hours or more per pay period. Personal leave is
available on a use or lose basis and any remaining personal leave will
expire annually on December 31. No pay is granted at termination for any
unused personal time.

Bereavement Leave - In the
event of a death in the Full Time-Regular employee's family, up to 3 days
may be authorized.

Civic Duties -
Upon approval by the employee's supervisor, employees may
be excused to register to vote, donate blood, respond to fire or E.M.T.
emergencies (if a member of local fire department or ambulance squad) without charging the
absence to accrued time.

Insurances
- Health Insurance - Eligible employees can elect
to participate in the Agency's group health insurance plan,
with coverage effective on the 1st of the month following one full month
of employment. Tiers include employee, employee + children, employee +
spouse, and family coverage at competitive rates.

Dental Insurance - Full
Time-Regular employees are eligible to participate in the Agency group
dental insurance plan, with coverage effective on the 1st
of the month following one full month of employment. Tiers include
single, employee + children, employee + spouse, and family coverage at
competitive rates.

Group Term Life and Accidental
Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Full Time-Regular employees are
eligible to participate in this type of plan with coverage
effective on the 1st of the month following one full month of employment.
Employee contributions are at competitive rates.

Other Insurances - Other
insurances, such as cancer, accident insurance and short-term disability are offered at
competitive rates.

| Premium Conversion Account |
| |
- Employees can elect to pay for their portion of health
and dental insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars.

| Health Care Reimbursement
Account |
| |
- Prior to the start of the plan year (January 1st of
each year) Full time-Regular employees can elect to set aside a
pre-established dollar amount from their pay, before taxes, to cover
medical and/or dental expenses not covered through any health plans.

| Dependent Care Reimbursement
Account |
| |
- Prior to the start of the plan year (January 1st of
each year) Full time-Regular employees requiring day care services can set
aside a pre-established amount of dollars from their pay, before taxes, to
pay for day care expenses.

| Pension Plan |
| |
- Employees are eligible to participate after 1 year of
service in which 1,000 hours are worked for the Agency. The
plan is entirely employer paid, with no contributions by employees. After
3 years of service, the employee becomes 100% vested.

| Annuity Plan |
| |
- Employees are eligible to establish a 403(b) custodial
account, which provides the employee an opportunity to save for
retirement, invest in a variety of mutual funds, reduce federal income
taxes on current income and benefit from tax-deferred compounding of
investment earnings.

- This option is available to all employees upon hire and
any time thereafter.

| Tuition Assistance Program |
| |
- This benefit may be available to an employee who
enrolls and successfully completes a course directly related to their
position (certain eligibility and approval requirements apply.)
